To achieve this goal, the following services are available:
GRANT OPPORTUNITY RESEARCH
Conduct extensive research and identify potential grant funding opportunities that best align with your organizational mission and programming. Communicate with prospective funding entities to clarify guidelines and instructions, request further information, and determine best course of action. This initial research may be utilized in-house by your agency or serve as a starting point to assist with our grant proposal writing process.
PRELIMINARY GRANT PROPOSAL RESEARCH
Gather information and materials about your organization and the specific project(s) to be funded. Determine goals and measurable objectives for your project. Conduct needs data research to support your grant request. Jean consults with your agency to gain a clear understanding of what you plan to accomplish with grant funding.
GRANT PROPOSAL WRITING
Construct a professional grant proposal for a dynamic range of programmatic, capacity building, capital, and operational requests. Jean collaborates with your agency in the writing and revisions of the grant request. Services include writing initial letters of contact to funding sources, Letters of Inquiry, Preliminary Grant Applications, Full Grant Proposals, and Sponsorship Requests.
OUTCOME MEASUREMENT, COMPLIANCE, GRANT REPORTS
Complete grant evaluation reports. Compile required grantee documentation, including grant funding expenditures, project activities and outcomes, and other evaluative information requested by funding source to determine the grant’s impact. Jean works with your agency to ensure grant compliance and adherence to grantee reporting requirements.
FEES AND PAYMENT PROCESS
Your initial consultation is provided at no cost to your agency. Jean works with each client to determine their unique needs and estimated time for completion of research and grant writing processes.
Fees are calculated at an hourly rate based on services provided. Payment is due upon completion of the contracted work.
COVID-19 Update: During this unprecedented time of need in the non-profit community, Jean is providing the first grant proposal at not charge to your organiztion. This includes research time.
